It’s time to start brewing at the lab! Our first beer of the year will be a Christmas beer called Bad Santa. Loosely based on the New York Gold winning brew. It’s seems a little early but this dark and spicy goodness needs 2-3 months to age. So it’s time to get cooking!!!
